Section 60
Unlawful collection of

(1) No person shall hold an unlawful assembly.
(2) An assembly of five or more persons for the purpose of doing any of the following shall be deemed to be an unlawful assembly:-
(a) by the use or display of force or by the display of dangerous weapons,
(1) Not allowing the national servant to perform the work or perform the duties prescribed by law,
(2) To take or seize someone's property,
(3) Depriving anyone of the right to enjoy roads, water, public transport or communication or any other similar thing,
(4) To compel a person to do something which the law does not allow him to do or to prevent him from doing something which he is allowed to do according to the law.
(b) obstructing the execution of any law or legal action,
(c) commit any offense punishable with imprisonment.
(3) If a person participates in such an assembly while knowing that it is an illegal assembly, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of up to six months and a fine of up to five thousand rupees if he participates without arms and with a fine of up to five thousand rupees, and with imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to ten thousand rupees or both.
(4) If a person, without being a participant, makes someone participate in an illegal assembly by paying wages or by inducing or pressuring in any other way, he shall be deemed to have participated in such illegal assembly himself and shall be punished as per sub-section (3).
